How can I be sure this isn’t a scam?
Home Equity Group is a legitimate LLC. In addition, we conduct our business with the highest ethical standards and practices. Our goal is to find the money that you are entitled to.
Why did you call me?
We do not make random phone calls or emails. If you’ve been contacted, we’ve already spent hours researching your specific case and are ready to go to the next step. If you are entitled to the funds, we work hard to make it happen.
How much is this going to cost?
We handle all legal fees, whether the claim goes through or not. If you do not receive funds, you pay nothing. If you do receive funds, our payment is a percentage determined by the claim type, the research, and legal difficulty.
What’s the risk?
As stated above, we are paid a percentage of the total claim. If you receive nothing, you pay nothing. In other words, there is no money out of pocket or risk involved. The only risk is waiting too long to make your claim – potentially losing the opportunity. (Some claims are time sensitive, controlled by the originating state’s law and/or the entities holding the funds.)
